Southwestern Native Aquatic Resources & Recovery Center, July 18, 2014

U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) toured the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Southwestern Native Aquatic Resources and Recovery Center in Dexter, New Mexico. The facility provides research and expertise on more than 20 different species for fish facilities in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and Oklahoma. The center has addressed regional priorities related to threatened and endangered species for almost 50 years.
