Heinrich Hosts Job Fair To Help Put New Mexicans Back To Work

March 8, 2010 - As part of his long term effort to put New Mexicans back to work, Representative Martin Heinrich hosted a job fair in Albuquerque with over 30 employers and attended by nearly 800 job seekers. The event provided an opportunity for unemployed and underemployed individuals to meet face-to-face with local employers who are actively hiring. “I will not rest until we rebuild our economy in a way that puts New Mexicans back to work,” said Rep. Heinrich. “By focusing on job creation, small businesses, energy independence, and middle-class tax relief, we can re-energize our economy and make it work for everyone.”
