Heinrich To Be Featured Speaker At National Clean Energy Week Symposium

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Wednesday, September 26, at 4:30p.m. ET/2:30 p.m. MT, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), the son of a utility lineman and one of just a few engineers in Congress, will be a featured speaker at the National Clean Energy Week Policy Makers Symposium to discuss his vision for America's clean energy future.

Through his role on the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, Senator Heinrich has advocated for growing the clean energy economy in New Mexico. His efforts to secure multi-year extensions of production and investment tax credits have spurred major growth in the clean energy industry in New Mexico.
