U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich presented nine medals, including the Purple Heart, a Bronze Star Medal, and an Air Medal to U.S. Army veteran Stephen Bailey. Senator Heinrich's office assisted Mr. Bailey, who served more than 10 years in the Army, obtain medals he earned, but never received, for his service in the Vietnam War. Mr. Bailey was joined by his wife, Kathy Bailey, and members of his family.
