Senator Heinrich Visits Santa Clara Pueblo to See Wildfire Impats and Restoration

Following Joint Economic Report on wildfires’ economic impacts, Senator Heinrich visits with Governor Michael Chavarria and his staff at Santa Clara Pueblo. In the Santa Clara Canyon, the impacts are visible. They discussed how the damage has impacted this cultural landscape and the Senator's continued support to the Pueblo’s efforts to restore the Canyon back to a healthy state.
