Heinrich, Luján, Lujan Grisham to Welcome Senior Advisor to the President and White House Infrastructure Coordinator Mitch Landrieu to New Mexico to Announce Historic Infrastructure Investments

ALBUQUERQUE, SANTA FE & TIJERAS – On Thursday, July 6 and Friday, July 7, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), U.S. Senator Ben Ray Luján (D-N.M.), and New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham (D-N.M.) will be joined by Senior Advisor to the President and White House Infrastructure Coordinator Mitch Landrieu to highlight how President Biden’s Investing in America agenda is delivering for New Mexico.

Since its enactment into law in 2022, the Inflation Reduction Act has made historic investments toward fighting inflation and lowering prescription drug and health care costs, while transforming domestic clean energy production and manufacturing, and reducing the nation’s climate warming carbon emissions.

Senior Advisor to the President and White House Infrastructure Coordinator Mitch Landrieu, Senators Heinrich and Luján, and Governor Lujan Grisham will join community members and leaders to announce new projects and funding being awarded to New Mexico from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Landrieu, Heinrich, and Luján will also share upcoming infrastructure funding opportunities with local community leaders.
