GOP Pollster Frank Luntz and Young Conservatives To Testify at Committee’s Second Hearing

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Thursday, July 25 at 9:30 a.m. MT/11:30 a.m. ET, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) will participate in the Senate Democrats’ Special Committee on the Climate Crisis' hearing titled, “The Right Thing To Do: Conservatives for Climate Action.” The special committee will hear from conservatives who are working to decrease the partisanship surrounding this issue and find a collective path forward. The hearing will be streamed live.

In addition to Senator Heinrich, members of the committee include U.S. Senators Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), Jeff Merkley (D-Ore.), Michael Bennet (D-Colo.), Tammy Baldwin (D-Wisc.), Ed Markey (D-Mass.), Tammy Duckworth (D-Ill.), Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.), and Tina Smith (D-Minn.).
