Heinrich To Participate In Senate Intel Committee Hearing On Security Clearance Reform

WASHINGTON, D.C. –  Today, Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7:30 a.m. MT/ 9:30 a.m. ET,  U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) will participate in a Senate Select Committee on Intelligence open hearing on security clearance reform. This hearing will address the complexities in the security clearance process for both government and industry alike and further inform the Committee as it continues its oversight of the intelligence community. The hearing will have two panels: both industry and Executive Branch officials will testify in open session. 

The hearing will stream live online and on Senator Heinrich's Facebook page.
