The Committee heard testimony from Ambassador Nicholas Burns, Director of NATO Strategic Communication Center of Excellence, Janis Sarts, Ambassador Vesko Garcevic of Boston University, and Dr. Constanze Stelzenmueller of the Brookings Institution. The witnesses discussed Russian activities in the French and Montenegrin elections and looked forward to Germany’s fall election.
