The same needs to be true for AI data centers.

When I open my mail, unfold my electricity bill, and read how much I owe, it doesn't say I "may" or "should" pay that amount. Just like every other bill-paying American out there, I have to pay it. It's not optional. The same needs to be true for AI data centers.
