LAS CRUCES, N.M. – On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), in collaboration with City Councilor Gabe Vasquez with the City of Las Cruces, will host the third iteration of an ongoing workshop series called Celebrating Culture: Workshops Supporting New Mexico Arts. These workshops will connect New Mexico's arts organizations and artists to federal, local, and private resources.”
