Heinrich To Celebrate El Día De Los Niños At Los Griegos Public Library
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – On Thursday, April 25, from 11:15 a.m. to 12 p.m., U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) will read to a group of preschoolers t0 celebrate El Día de los Niños at Los Griegos Public Library in Albuquerque.
El Día de los Niños is a nationally recognized initiative that emphasizes the importance of literacy for children from all backgrounds. It highlights a daily commitment to linking children and their families to diverse books, languages and cultures. Senator Heinrich has long advocated for bold investments in expanding access to high-quality pre-K for all four years olds in New Mexico and improving access and affordability to high-quality child care options.
