FY25 Community Project Funding Requests

I’m pleased to announce that I am currently accepting submissions for Congressionally Directed Spending proposals for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25). Over the last two years, I’ve been proud to work with communities throughout New Mexico to deliver $403 million in Congressionally Directed Spending to support 191 projects.
You can submit your proposal for a Congressionally Directed Spending project for FY25 HERE. Only non-profit entities, public institutions, and state, local, and Tribal government entities are eligible to make Congressionally Directed Spending requests.
The deadline to submit interest forms for Congressionally Directed Spending to my office is Friday, March 8, 2024.
Congressionally Directed Spending can include funding for various types of local projects. You can find the list of projects I requested in FY24 HERE. The Senate Appropriations Committee has not released specific guidance for FY25 Congressionally Directed Spending requests. However, my staff stand ready to help you navigate this process.
Additionally, if you are interested in making programmatic appropriation requests for FY25, you can do so HERE. Programmatic requests are not for specific project funding, but instead ask that certain federal programs or entities are funded at a specific level. The deadline to submit this form is March 15, 2024.
