FY24 Community Project Funding Requests

Dear Friend,

I’m pleased to announce that the United States Senate Appropriations Committee will be accepting Congressionally Directed Spending proposals for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24). Over the last two years, I’ve been proud to work with communities throughout New Mexico to deliver $403 million in Congressionally Directed Spending to support 191 projects.  

You can submit your proposal for a Congressionally Directed Spending project for FY24 here. The deadline to submit interest forms for Congressionally Directed Spending to my office is Friday, March 10, 2023. 

Congressionally Directed Spending can include funding for various types of local projects. You can find the list of projects I requested in FY23 here and in FY22 here. You can also learn more about eligibility requirements for FY24 Congressionally Directed Spending here, and this will be updated as additional information is available. 

Additionally, if you are interested in making programmatic appropriation requests for FY24, a separate form will be made available on my website the day after the President’s Budget Request is released. This form will be due March 17, 2023.
