Heinrich To Introduce Bipartisan Tech-Transfer Bill In Energy And Natural Resources Committee Hearing

WASHINGTON, D.C. –  Today, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 1 p.m. MT/ 3 p.m. ET, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), a member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, will introduce bipartisan legislation in a Subcommittee on Energy hearing to authorize an Energy Technology Maturation Program at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to facilitate successful commercialization of laboratory-developed energy technologies and boost regional, technology-driven economic impact. The hearing will stream live online and witness testimony will be available on the committee website at the start of the hearing.
